MISS DIG 811 Customer Success
The challenge
MISS DIG 811, Michigan’s utility safety notification system, needed to replace their existing learning management system (LMS) with one that would allow them to track and manage their data more effectively. MISS DIG 811 also had a very diversified customer base distributed over a wide geographical area.
The solution
The SkillBuilder implementation team worked with MISS DIG 811 stakeholders to set up SkillBuilder® LMS, set up and test migration scripts, migrate all person data to the new LMS, migrate all course completion data to the new LMS and set up a unique Learning Program.
The results
MISS DIG 811 currently uses SkillBuilder® LMS to deliver online courseware to over 4,000 users. They use the LMS to set up and manage all of their online and offline training certification programs, including seminars and webinars. In addition to certification programs that are offered to the public, MISS DIG 811 uses SkillBuilder® LMS to deliver internal employee training.
MISS DIG 811 now enjoys easy access to current and historical learning data through the convenient reporting and tracking tools in SkillBuilder® LMS.

Using SkillBuilder® LMS, MISS DIG 811 has delivered courseware to in excess of 9,000 learners, with over 11,000 completions in the last year alone.
